It gives us great pleasure to welcome you and your child into the community of St Giles’ Catholic Primary school, which is part of the St. Gabriel the Archangel MAT.

As I walk around our school, I see children who are confident, kind and curious—fully engaged in their learning and proud of their achievements. Our curriculum is ambitious, creative and carefully designed to ensure every child thrives academically, socially and spiritually. This is enriched through a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities and strong links with Painsley Catholic College, where children benefit from specialist teaching in areas such as science, music, modern foreign languages and design technology.

We believe that education is strongest when school and home work in partnership. We place great importance on building positive relationships with families through open, regular communication. From weekly celebration assemblies and parent consultation meetings, to shared learning experiences and parish Masses, we ensure that families are fully involved in school life. Our daily updates also help you to stay connected with your child’s learning and celebrate their journey with them.
